Number one: My boss was a chemist 20 years ago. Now, he is a Senior General Manager who operate the whole company. Meaning: He is busy for everything.
Number two: I am doing dyeing. WtFish with the environment protection.
Number three: Nagging and complaints all around. No exchange of knowledge but rumors.
Number four: No global networking but shopping networking since auntiess are all around.
Number five: Ethical values? p/s: Influencing trainees with the imperfections of company?
Number six: Innovative ideas exchange? C'me on, we has applied this method for 20 years.
Number seven: Smart partnership? Koh and Chen, your fabrics are done. Waiting for you guys to do soaping. Kami sedang sibuk buat kerja masing-masing.
Number eight: interdisciplinary and collaborative research? Apa tu? Arlah...Relax lar...Boss sure give you good grade one..
Number nine: generation of the nation's wealth? Dapat duit berapa untuk training?
Number ten: Applications of Science and Technology. HAHA. Tau pakai komputer untuk dispense dye sudah lar...Senang sekali, mari, akak ajar..

hi...sorry to say that i think u r way too unsatisfied with ur life...as u said,u r a trainee...now is the time for u to learn all kind of things that wont happen during ur studies...isn't it nice bcause u met all these -ve things now but not when u r out for work in 1more year?
u have to experience all kinds of bad-and-struggling-situation now for a stronger u when u r graduated from uni...
u r lucky enuf to have manager who is willing to teach u...there are a lot of ppl who is doing paper work(arranging data) during their LI..so keep it up and be optimistic!good luck!
Hi.Appreciate your point of view. Anyway how, we are human beings who are just ain't satisfied with life sometimes. Maybe the words do not speaks well. Terribly felt the feeling of being irrespected by the workers since their works are duplicated as the presence of trainees.Overall, I still have a wondeful experience there.
p/s: I was wondering who you are from words to words.
